Saffronic is a global community of award-winning Filmmakers, VFX Artists, and Creative Technologists with decades of experience across the media, entertainment, gaming, advertising, and creative industries. We were founded in 2022 by Tim Sarnoff, former Deputy CEO and President Production Services at Technicolor, and Vince Pizzica, former Technicolor CTO and Chief Strategist.

Birendra Sen

Birendra leads multiple portfolios within Saffronic’s parent company, Tech Mahindra. He is passionate about innovation in customer experience (CX), digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data sciences. He believes in establishing a collaborative ecosystem and works closely with partners and customers to co-create solutions for the future.

Vince Pizzica

Vince holds board and advisory positions in several advertising, streaming and technology companies including advising Saffronic at both senior leadership and board level.

Sally Toms

Sally has spent the last 25+ years in Delivery and Operations for publishing, advertising, technology and animation companies. She loves problem solving and she loves cats.

Chandrasekaran.G

An industry leader since 1996, Chandru has contributed to numerous award-winning Animation TV series, TV Commercials, Corporate Videos, Games, and Feature Films. Proficient across all facets of Animation filmmaking, he has lent his expertise from script conceptualization to final screen execution.

John Kennedy

John has over 25+ years in IT and IT operations, beginning his career as an engineer. John ensures the seamless functioning and operational excellence of Saffronic’s IT systems and infrastructure.

Jimmy Kuriakose

Jimmy has 25+ years of experience in strategic and operational human resource management. Jimmy’s expertise extends across a diverse spectrum of industries, encompassing Education, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Media, Entertainment, and Technology.

Kunal Dayal Jesrani

Kunal is a Senior Vice President at Tech Mahindra, the parent company of Saffronic. She specializes in leading complex organizational transformations, fostering business growth, and creating value through strategic decision-making. Passionate about building high-performing teams, she thrives on empowering talent to achieve exceptional results.

Kristy Scanlan

During her 20+ year career, Kristy has held senior-level positions in business development, production, and development. She’s a member of the Producers Guild of America, ASIFA, the Themed Entertainment Association and was formerly Co-President of Women in Animation.

Kumar Chandrasekaran

Kumar has 25+ years of Animation experience with over a decade of expertise within the gaming sphere. He has contributed to numerous AAA game titles, animation features and series. Kumar’s versatile skill set spans across various roles, encompassing artistic, technical, and production domains.

Dipika Das

Dipika comes with an impressive tenure of 20+ years in the animation industry and has been a creative driving force behind many animated TV shows and feature films.

Varma Ramakrishna

Varma has over 18+ years’ experience and brings forth a portfolio comprising over 20+ TV shows crafted comprehensively from Assets to final Animation for major global studios. His expertise lies in Episodic Production, steering end-to-end processes for numerous shows and collaborating with teams to deliver remarkable and renowned series.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin boasts an illustrious career spanning over three decades in the Animation Industry. His visionary expertise has left an indelible mark on numerous international Animated TV shows, Series, and Movies.

Prabhakar Samabandan

Throughout Prabhakar’s 25+ year career, he has contributed to the creation of numerous globally recognized animated television programs, including several Emmy-winning series. Well-known for his outstanding leadership, he has led teams of more than a thousand creative people and made a substantial contribution to the the industry.

Gonnabattula BhanuPrakash

Over the last 20+ years, Bhanu has specialized in international game development, animated television, and VFX production. He has held leadership roles in both creative and management within major organizations. His deep knowledge of the gaming service sector has been crucial in building and guiding the games team at Saffronic.
